Hi, I am Marjaana Rakai. A few years back I was a tired mom who did NOT run. In fact, I hadn't run in nearly 3 years. I was depressed, out of shape and lost. I felt disconnected from my body and didn't want to live. Running saved my life on a cold foggy day, and I vowed I'd stop wasting time and start working to see what I can do. I also vowed to help my fellow moms to Elevate Their Lives Through the Joy of Movement, and thus, Tired Mom Runs was born. My mission is to inspire and guide tired moms to elevate their lives so they can become the athletes they were always meant to be.
